Beaumaris 3 Casey Panthers 1

Great game playing away against Casey Panthers at Prospect Hill. A great game between 1st & 2nd.

1st half the Beauy Scorpions dominated possession, many strikes at goal but couldn’t find the back of the net. We knew the second half the Panthers would come out fighting for top spot, but our defence held their own and we moved the ball forward to slot 3 amazing goals to give us a bit of a breather with 5 mins remaining. The final whistle saw the Panthers with a consolation goal and it finished 3-1 in Beauy’s favour.

Well done great team effort by all!!!

U15 boys against the Peninsula Strikers

Peninsula started the pressure early in the first half but that didn’t stop the mighty Scorpions from slotting the ball in the back of the net in the first minute to unsettle the visitors.
Our boys just went from strength to strength keeping their structure and displaying fantastic feet to feet passing whilst being composed on the ball.
Half time we were 4-0, so a good lead for our 15s.
There were many contributors to the goal scoring and that helped us finish off our opponents 8-0 at the final whistle.
Well done to all the players for a fantastic team effort and excellent goalkeeping to Nico for keeping a clean sheet.
The boys can enjoy their efforts and being on top of the table!!!!

U15 Sharks 3 East Bentleigh Strikers 2

The sun was shining today at Beaumaris Reserve a challenging game for the boys against East Bentleigh Strikers. The opposition came at us strong and slotted an early goal. Credit to the boys they held their head high and responded with a cracker goal outside the box making it 1-1.
East Bentleigh was applying the pressure once again but the Beauy boys managed to get a cheeky goal in from a corner to take us to 2-1 up just before half time. 2nd half East Bentleigh scores the equalizer but the boys had lots of fight left in them and came out with a 3-2 Victory.
Fantastic nail biting game box to box, well done to all the U15s Beauy Boys and Coach Pablo!!!
